Dan Gamez has been practicing law for 16 years and is licensed in Texas and California. After years of representing some of the largest banks in the world, Dan decided he wanted to help real people instead of the banks. He opened the Gamez Law Firm in 2013 and is committed to helping his clients get out of debt and save money. Jen has worked in marketing and business development for the San Diego Opera, the Houston Museum of Natural Science and the Houston Rockets basketball team. She joined Dan to launch the Gamez Law Firm in 2013 and handles the accounting, marketing, human resources and general management of the law firm. Jen’s other job is raising three little people and making sure Sparky, the law firm mascot, is pampered and spoiled.

Nicole is a Southern California native and has been a legal assistant for the past six years. She has amazing negotiating skills and is instrumental in helping our clients get out of debt. Nicole is also mom to two amazing little girls, Addyson and Emily.
Legal Administrative Assistant
Mallory is our newest member of the Gamez Law Firm. Her background in the hospitality industry, account management and as a receptionist makes her a great fit for interacting with our clients, who are often in a state of stress when they come to us. Mallory is engaged to be married and is looking forward to starting a new chapter in her life.
Digital Marketing Consultant
Tony has been helping the Gamez Law Firm stay ahead of the digital marketing curve for three years. He works with clients in a variety of industries, and is valued contributor to the firm. Originally from Michigan, he now enjoys living next to the beach, enjoying the San Diego lifestyle.
Sparky is a mixed breed rescue dog and was born April 30, 2017. At eight weeks old, he was rescued from a shelter in Escondido, CA by the Gamez family. He enjoys long walks on the beach, playing with chew toys, snuggling, scavenging for human food, and barking at every sound within 800 yards of his house.
